I believe my vast knowledge as a principal broker as well as a real tendency toward kindness and protectiveness makes for a great real estate service experience. Any good service is first of all polite and non-intrusive. Think of an excellent restaurant experience. You might briefly enjoy those waiting on you, but mostly, you just want them to do their job and do it well. To some degree that is true with real estate as well, though I find that many of my clients want all the details and clear explanations of each stage of the process as well as an understanding of how I am positioning them during negotiations.
